While N.C. Democrats were honoring Americans killed on 9/11, N.C. Republicans voted on overriding a veto of Gov. Cooper of a budget bill.
This was after telling Democrats there would be no vote on this issue and while Democrats were honoring our fallen heroes and Americans who died this day.
