not eating feels better everyday, psychologically.
physically i am hungry, tired and weak. i became lazier than usual and i don't even want to eat apples, i prefer not to eat. i'm craving all kinds of foods but when i think about actually eating and gaining fat and calories i get sick so i change my mind. i hope this doesn't degenerate into something longer than a diet.
today when i looked in the mirror i was really unhappy and disgusted by my body, i need to lose weight and change what i see.
day 5
i am exhausted. i was busy all day and i managed to eat only one apple but i drank two cappuccinos (one with soy milk). i know i should avoid any kind of caloric drink but i needed coffee and normal shots make me sick. on a positive note i walked a LOT and i also managed to squeeze in a short workout. i think i did a decent job. i'm staying hydrated with normal and lemon water, gonna add some green tea before bed.
one thing i noticed is that negativity gives me power to keep going through this diet. some people have been telling me that i won't make it and that i'll gain all the weight back, but i'm motivated to lose more than 10kg this way, and i'm pretty sure that once i lose the weight i'll be too scared to gain it back so i'll keep it off.
can't wait to see the final result.

I TRIED RED VELVET WENDY DIET (the Wheesung 13 Day Lethal Weight loss plan) and I misplaced a ridiculous quantity of weight.
EDIT: I made a mistake within the complete energy. 1/2 cup of raw rice cooked is nearer to 1 1/2 cups of rice so the whole energy of the rice is round 300, NOT 100. Whole energy for the food plan: 350 NOT 150!

day 7
the apple diet is not as good as i expected it to be, i mean you can lose weight but not as fast as you imagine and eating only apples for days gets really boring and annoying after the 4th day i'd say. i'm not completely disappointed because i feel it has helped me a lot with self control. also i get full very fast now and i don't feel the urge to binge so it has its pros.
today i weighed myself again but i didn't lose more than the 2kg i dropped, i was sad but then someone told me i look thinner so it really cheered me up.
can't wait to go back to one meal a day (intermittent fasting), i want to eat lots of veggies.
update: might stop tomorrow bc i'm getting physically sick.
