Apple Cocktail
INGREDIENTS
1 oz Canadian whisky
1 oz Sour apple schnapps
1 oz Cranberry juice
Garnish: 1 slice Apple
DIRECTIONS
Add all the ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake.
Strain into a coupe glass.
Garnish with an apple slice.

The Bellini, invented at Harry’s Bar in Venice, is ripe for a seasonal American update. I would put four Granny Smith and two Honeycrisp apples through the juicer and add 1/4 tsp. ascorbic acid (to hold the color and add vitamins). Give it a stir and toss it in the freezer for 10 minutes alongside some Champagne flutes. Pour 2 ounces of the juice into each flute and fill with bubbly.
