inkheart?
i haven’t fully read inkheart. i picked it up when i was younger but i didn’t finish it. the problem with it for me was that when i first picked it up, i didn’t actually know which book was the first (there’s like ink death and then ink something else i think and i feel one of those was what i read some of instead of inkheart), i already had expectations based on the cover (it was one of the books i always looked at when deciding what book to check out so it had a story in my head already) and also young me was not always great at finishing books, lol.
also i think i was confusing it with the divide series because that was another book series that deals with a similar sort of background. i think.
i do want to read it because i read one of cornelia funke’s other books (ghost knight) and i remember liking it!
