i was wondering why Krita was glitching... I drew this on 6000x7000... unnecessarily.

Anyway, i decided to jump on this train cause @arcxus-of-altihex art is incredibly amazing and inspired me to do this.

Also, this backgrounds are theirs for this UA. Its amazing! I hope Kalastrias doesnt contrast with it very much. I tried my best to fit her in.

Usually i like mermaids with VERY BIG LONG CURVY TAILS, but since Kalastrias in tiny and i used a Betta Fish as reference, i made her tail thicc and short. Her... swimming things (i dont remember the name and im not gonna search it) are opaquer than it looks like.

She very squishy. She is covered in scales, even tho it may look like human skin. Her staff is to bend water and air, she can create bubbles of water and air and basically float in that if she is out of the ocean.

The tag #thearcanafamiliarcharm from @jangm_ii on instagram are cute and I got the hype to do it. I almost gave up :V it took me a couple of times to get the style, still isn't perfect, but I think is close enough :v I had to desaturate her tail a bit, cause the orange was too bright. Anyways, Kalastrias actually has this form :v her reverse ending with Julian makes her look like this (just a bit more scary. Her mouth opens till her ears. She has retracted fangs and tong. No poison tho.)
