Whether you are accepted or not, you should receive an email from us, so please check your inboxes and spam folders!

495 amazing applicants gave us a tough decision to narrow down artists and writers to fit 26 contributor slots!

To everyone who didn’t make it, please bear in mind that it wasn't an easy decision for the mod team. There were a lot of debates, and with the huge list to go through, everyone had to be as objective as possible and take strong points into account: background, composition, color technique, and anatomy for artists, while originality, impact, grammar, and cohesive writing style goes for writers.  

We appreciate everyone who gave it their all and took their shot! Please never stop creating and honing your skills so you can take every opportunity head on! The future is bright as long as we keep learning, creating, and pushing ourselves to move forward and grow!

We are truly grateful by the number of skilled creatives interested in this project and the enthusiasm of everyone who followed us since our announcement. We hope everyone will cheer on the yearbook team from now on! 

We will be announcing the list of accepted contributors soon so stay tuned! Go beyond! PLUS ULTRA! ٩(≧◡≦ )ง

Wilderdale has now completed both its application and extension period.

Once again, thank you for your continued interest and support, from the bottom of our hearts. In turn, we’re very excited to sit down and catch up on the apps we’ve received! Doing this might take some time, though, so we do ask for patience as we come to a final roster decision. 

We still do not have a concrete date for roster release and it will take us time to read through all of the applications and draw art, but we expect it to be sometime in mid-late March. We also do not have a roster size figured out as of yet either.

Again, the hopefuls chat will be disbanded prior to the roster going up. Anon asks and submissions will be turned off directly after applications close.

Thank you again! We’ll be seeing you 👁️.

We will be going through the applications and by the 5th of August, we will be sending out the acceptance and rejection emails. Applications for Great Despair Lodge have officially closed now! If you were given an extension prior to this post, you have until 11:59PM tomorrow to get your application in unless otherwise stated. Thank you so much to everyone who applied! We’ve gotten some really amazing apps and picking a roster is going to be really hard. Please be patient with us and we’ll have the roster out as soon as possible!
