APX EVENT 11: HYPOTHERMIA
On the satellite images, snow looked beautiful, a perfect swirl of white no more threatening than cream stirred into coffee. When it came to snowstorms though… Everyone prayed it didn’t come their way, that it would leave their home alone, but it had to go somewhere. That place was San Francisco. It started out small, but it was something that GREW. So loud, people cowed with hands over their ears and still felt like their eardrums were popping. Spinning winds that tugged and stole whatever they could stow in their grasp.
With no signs of quitting, an emergency alert sounded. Locations spread across the city designated as safety shelters. The locations were decided on an urgent matter. The locations decided as safety structures are as stated, San Francisco Memorial Hospital, Dante’s, Salvatore School for the Young and Gifted, and St. Salvatores.
Each citizen of San Francisco has received an urgent alert with this information. With the wind throwing, the temperature dropping, and the furious snow beating through the air– it was inexplicably clear. Get to one of these locations asap. Nowhere is safe.
Rules:
This event is a mandatory one. There will be three parts ( one of those parts is the ending ). This is 1/3. This event will begin @ 12PM EST on May 16, 2020.

You could have your muse start out at a safety shelter if you desire, you could also show them getting there through the snow.
