Aquarius: Why is it okay for other signs to bitch about their emotions all day but not acceptable for us to do so?
The eccentric, the weirdo, the cold, detached and unemotional Aquarius. Other signs are weak and feeble. Who are you? You are a rebel, a passionate thinker, and independent individual who stands their ground. A person who usually has their shit together. Others, rely on you too remain intact and keep your composure. You fail to understand that you are the Rebel Leader, a king/queen in your own right. You hold your position and lead others to a revolution against the king. Your forward thinking and genius mind is what others admire about you. But they admire most, your ability to not being easily persuaded and the ability to ‘see’ beyond the common eye.
You’re unafraid of going against the current that pulls you along with the sheep. You embody what others wish to be but are too afraid to become. You don’t confide in anyone but yourself and trust in your ability, or at least pretend, to overcome an obstacle. You have a giant heart that many don’t know exists and that you hide well for the betterment of man kind. You have such control over your emotional and physical impulses that you bewilder people, left and right, day and night.
So why do people depend on you emotionally? They rely on you to be their backbone. It’s what you were born to do. To help humanity in anyway, shape or form. This is your sacrifice. To guide and be their reason when theirs fail. You have this ability to be unbias about your advice, that while many people might not agree or wish to hear, they appreciate and admire.
But why aren’t you able to? Why do people not accept your emotional state? When an Aquarius loses control of their emotions, it’s equivalent to a leader who loses control. A village who so admired and envisioned their leader, strong, heroic, unmoved and unswayed...all of a sudden, breaks. A leader who had every contingency plan in place, who had great control over their emotions, suddenly doesn’t know what else to do. What do they do? They panic. They panic because these people relied on their leader to always represent a strong figure and always remain in control. If you lose hope, they lose hope. They do not know or understand how an individual who, in their minds, always had it together.
They cannot empathize because they never learned to empathize towards you. They never thought that you as an Aquarius had such emotional depth, or feelings at all. It seems like you took wind of them. Flabbergasted, they re-act harshly and cruelly to your sensitive plight. Wondering whether your show of water works was even genuine.
But this is your cause. And while many will fail to empathize or understand you emotionally, you were blessed with many other gifts. And one of them, was your insurmountable amount of love you have to give.
So next time you feel a bit down my little Aquarius: Always remember “they rely on us to keep our shit together...because somebody has to.”
