Love, love, love this!I just had a conversation w/my mentor the other day voicing how I desire marriage & yet I kinda feel inadequate because I have yet to earn a degree or anything like that. I'm thankful she spoke words of love & wisdom into me,to help correct my frame of mind.Our identity & worth aren't found in any of these things. And blessed by the Lord. • • We have the absurd notion that we need to help a Man be a Man, be his backbone, shape him like clay, and ace a project. The problem is that we are not God and these projects have legs. Eventually, they grow and leave the relationship for dead - Why? • • Because he's better now and no longer needs a mother.
