Who has dyed the sand colored p-mags?

I want to get some and dye them to be really great but I'm wondering if there's a different tape I could use to make sure the dye doesn't bleed through. Or I could use a different paint/dye but don't know what my options are as far as what will last. Message or reblog if you've had good experiences with dyeing them!
