I'm volunteering this evening and idk what I'm gonna have for dinner (I'll probably get a meal deal from the shop, but I still don't know exactly what I'll get), and I'm kinda freaking out about it. I won't get back home until pretty late, so I know I should eat out, but also I'll be with other people and I don't like the idea of eating around others. This sounds so stupid and like I'm freaking out about nothing, which I know I am, but idk. Just so anxious about this for some reason

i've been in recovery for a week now, that's enough, right? i can go back to how things were before the easter holidays, before my family found out, right? right?

for about a month or two, I've been waking up during the night pretty much every hour, and getting up pretty early despite going to bed at about 1 am most of the time. does anyone have any advice on how to like sleep better? I'm so bloody exhausted

was having a pretty decent morning then I suddenly felt so overwhelmingly sad and depressed. i had to leave my lecture for a bit because i felt like bursting into tears (i did moments later in the toilets). i really hate how fast my mood can change ffs
