when i was 12 i memorized all of the raven by edgar allen poe and to this day i still have the first 5 or so stanza memorized
when i was 11 i memorized all the prepositions in portuguese so i could get extra points at portuguese class but i don’t think i’ve ever memorized something out of my own volition
