2, 24, 32, 50 for the OC asks? :3
Thank you!!
2 - do you have a personal favorite among your ocs?
It cycles, but the one I’m commonly infatuated with is Tharanhal. I’ve only ever mentioned him here, but I’ve had him for a while (first made for lotr but he doesn’t go there anymore). He just shows up in things I’m working on, usually when he does I’ll be trying to make a new character for a little story, but then it’ll just turn out to be him, so I just let him be there. His design is based around dragons and water. He has claws on his gloves and talons on his boots, he doesn’t wield any true weapons - he prefers to fight with his armor. He’s a skilled craftsman, he made his armor himself, but he prefers adventures and studies rather than making things. He’s incredibly dedicated to justice and what’s sacred, he’s very respectful, but it’s easy for him to be an idiot.. He tries to seem calm and wise, but he gets flustered easily, and he’s very bad at seeming “natural” or even very put together around most people. He’s very kind, and although he can seem idiotic at times he is actually wise, it just doesn’t show easily.
24 - if you could meet one oc of yours, who would it be and why?
She’s actually very new, but I think it’d be Miyuzu. I just think she’s fun, she’s actually pretty smart (she can seem stupid because she’s a bit childish), and she has such an interesting view on morality and the world that I just think It’d be fun to talk to her. Honestly, I think if I had her as a friend my life would be a lot more entertaining, because she’s so bright. She’s good at fighting bare-handed, but she usually has duel short-swords to use, and she works with some lighting magic. Her and Tharanhal usually just baffle each other.
32 - which one of your ocs would be the most suitable horror game protagonist and why?
He may not be the most “suitable” but he’d definitely be the most entertaining - Arathil. He’s my character for oblivion that I’ve had for a while, and I think he might do pretty well considering he feels like he’s in one already. He’s just some mage brawler who was trying to find something to do, he stole something (he is a thief, sometimes he regrets that), and now everything is so confusing and for some reason he has to be the one responsible for Cyrodiil’s wellbeing. He’s so easily scared though, I feel kind of bad just putting him in oblivion - I’d definitely feel guilty putting him in a true horror game. He’s pretty tough though, he’d be fine. He’d just punch and burn his way into safety.
50 - talk about anything you want
I keep thinking about what’s probably the most deranged character I’ve made, and I don’t even have a name for him yet. He goes with the little story I’ve got going about Miyuzu and Tharanhal right now, and in my head he’s just one of those shaky, angry chihuahuas who look like they’re about to fall apart. I know he’s a swordsman, he’s probably the youngest there (I’m so sorry kid you shouldn’t have to be there), and his design is mostly black and white. I really like him so far though, he’s just a bit confusing right now cause he’s such a mess to figure out.
Additionally, if you’re curious about direct appearance, Tharanhal has long white hair (some blue in it), and he’s got pretty weird eyes. They’re big ovals, a bit pointed at the end, and since they’re so wide he always looks a bit shocked. They’re green. Miyuzu’s hair is golden, it’s very straight and ends at the middle of her neck, but it gets spiky/fluffy where it comes down around her ears, and her eyes are brown. Arathil is as pretty as I could make an oblivion character look, his hair is a light peach color, shoulder length, he’s got brown eyes, and he just looks put out most of the time. Weird kid has messy black hair, and he looks almost like a feral kitten. Brightest part of his design is his lime colored eyes.
Thank you so much for this! These were really fun to answer! (I hope my answers were good, I know they’re not very fancy :>)
