Progress shot of a design I made start to finish. Started on a train with a line green Sharpie. After I printed one of mine I drew on it couldn't resist, and made some edits (changed a solid line to dashed, changed font and color on "economy" and re-printed and mounted for class. I was advised against using this design. When I showed my instructor my ideas we tried refining one. I ended up using it anyway because I thought my idea (if created how I envisioned it) would successfully convey the meaning. I feel tagging this BF4, because if you play you should recognize the building if a) I do my job drawing it and b) if you can define it with low contrast like that. I'm doing a project in class where I'm creating a logo and branding for myself. So I started with a personal project of mine called [GOLD] Squad. I founded it a few months after getting out after seeing the presidential debate. Love this country, hate the petty divides we put up. In 10 years we'll probably hate each other because one side likes cats more and one side likes dogs. Enough on that, but that's what that project was started on: me looking for a new identity. And if I rented a server I also got a 510px x 126px to put a banner. That was a huge incentive too =) And I threw an empty Canon inkjet cartridge in the photo because it was in my backpack 👍 I now have 3 printers: an older Epson (only one with an automatic document feeder for scanning multiple papers, and ironically a better scanner than the 2 newer ones), a fatty Samsung laserjet b&w (if you print a lot get ready to shell out major cash for cartridges......unless it's a laserjet), and a very pretty new Canon inkjet high quality printer. I seldom print in color for me, unless it's an assignment (but then it's not for me =) K Im trying to do homework and if I stay on here I'll ramble: a big no no.
