-okay so I had the concept idea for a few days and I’m know putting it in just so I don’t forget to type it lol
-anyways i was curious about what happens to the world/reality itself when y/n gets isekai into it. You see y/n is seeing the arcane reality through a show perspective from the real world, and so what they see in the world is limited due to story plot and design choices. Because of that fact, do you think it would be more noticeable for y/n to notice when things, characters, places or anything else aren’t as detail or feel rather empty due to that area not “important” but maybe later gain more depth as y/n explore new locations?
- for me I think of the movie coraline where when she tries to leave the main location of the other mother house the world starts to look less real and ends up looping back to the house since the other mother didn’t design it to go that far. Or maybe stuff like Superman prime where he tries to intervene in Gotham but the comic world starts erasing itself from the pages.
-I mean it could possibly be similar to those manhwa isekai adventures where the main protagonist learns more of the world within the story they read from their original reality. Kind of like the story itself only that world see a glimpse of their reality, but the not whole world. It could also give y/n more chances to explore and get new experiences from what they thought they knew. Basically anything new y/n learns about arcane is basically getting headcanons from the writers from their world since it’s new knowledge. If we were going a more uncanny story then it world crazy to see how y/n yet again makes their characters from arcane more crazed their reality not being “real”.

Chapter 3
''Piltover is a horrible place full of nasty people who believe they are better than everyone else. Trust me when I say you shouldn't go there, kid. Your aunt lives there, or so I believe, but your dad probably tells you the same.''
Powder's mom always wrote like it was her father who was originally supposed to take care of her, her writing always insinuated she never doubted it once, yet he didn't... She asked Sol about it, but she just vaguely insinuated that he wasn't able to. Powder was always dead curious about her past, Trying just to pry anything out of her adoptive mother, her bio mom wasn't a great help either, she had some stuff from her, a hand sewn stuffed monkey, which she cherished. And a notebook filled with stories, notes, advice, drawings and at the end of the book, a small explanation why she wasn't able to take care of her. It was vague but kind and described her traumas..
She's didn't know if she was alive or not, but she imagined she wasn't, the thought of her being alive but not present in her life just hurt to much.
"Fuck" Sol groaned as she read the report from her most recent community construction,
"Spores of The Gray found, construction immediately suspended until further notice"
"Just ask Pow to remove it!" Evan grunted, the girl had done it before, she found out she could convert the old spores to a paste that she could paint with, but that didn't take away from the fact the that the stuff was still highly toxic, "Hell no, last time she was sick for a week" Sol grimaced as she remembered the last time, "Powder threw up more then she did as a baby" Vienne laughed.
"Gross" Sevika grimaced in the lounge chair where she was waiting to escort the kids to Piltover. Which wasn't really moving along if she was being honest. But Sol sighed at the thought of her kids going to live with the person who did all of this to Zaun, Caitlyn Kiramman, She knew the woman had changed and that the war was a hard time for everyone, she also has been punished for her war crimes, or at least as much as someone from one of the richest families of Piltover could be.
Caitlyn Kiramman had been officially banned from her families seat in the council, which she was supposed to inherit after her mother passing away, the seat still belonged to her family but for her generation she had to chose someone else.
"Oh, please, put it on! You thought Powder was the cutest baby ever, don't think I don't remember you saying that at some point!" All of Sol's children turned their heads in the direction of the woman who was serving as the councilor. Although it was many years ago, Sevika did say that Powder was the ideal infant. She said, "Yeah, sure, but when she did cry, the whole of Zaun could hear it."
"You still can!" Elio exclaimed as the family burst into laughter. "You guys done packing?" Sevika questioned the kids, quiet murmurs of "yes" spread around the room. "Who's getting Powder?" The family all lifted their hands, their indicator of "not me", leaving Sevika with her hand not in the air. "Your turn Vika" Sol smiled, Sevika just sighed.
---------------------------
"You ready?" Sevika asked the girl who was sitting on her bed endlessly staring at her pile of stuff, and on her lap, the stuff from her mother. "I guess" Powder murmured, Taking a look at the young lady whom she had known since birth, Sevika realized that in the past, she had not been particularly good with children. It's true that she believed they were the future, but at the momwwent, she just found them annoying. However, the experience of watching the girl grow up did end up changing her perspective. The councilor went to sit next to the blue haired curly girl. "You'll like Vi, she's like you" Powder scoffed "how? She's from topside.." Sevika smiled as she realized the girl's innocence. "She's not, I watched her grow up Pow"
The blue haired girl's eyes went wide.
"What? Then how the hell did she wind up there?!" Wanting to move around, Powder got up and started rambling.
''He-Hey! Put an end to it!'' Sevika intervened by grabbing the girl by the shoulders and saying, "I'm sure she'll tell you in time, but I'm not going to tell you her life story, that's not mine to tell, now come downstairs we're going to be late." Sevika explained this as she stood up and walked towards the door. "Just gonna leave me hanging?" Powder scoffed.
The girl was just like her mother.
What? You really thought she didn't know?
----------------------------------------
''Jesus Christ.'' The 4 teens stood in front of the Kiramman Manor. ''And only 4 people live here?'' Elio turned around, asking the councilor who was standing behind, "Including the servants, and now you 4'' ''Servants?!'' Powder exclaimed as she looked at the streets in front of the manor, the streets were lined with houses as big as this one, but it was strangely quiet. Back at home children would be running around, and markets would line the streets, but here, nothing but the occasional bird chirping around. ''Where's your apartment, Sevika?'' Vienne questioned while throwing her heavy bags on the ground. ''I hope somewhere a bit cozier.'' Elio exclaimed, also throwing his bags on the ground, Powder managed to get her brothers to carry all her stuff. A servant appeared when the door opened. "Greetings, children, please follow me." The 4 moved, picking up their heavy bags. ''You can leave your bags here, someone will bring them to your rooms.''
They followed the servant through the manor into what was supposed to be the living room? Wich sure as hell was a lot bigger than their living room back at home. Upon reaching the room, they were welcomed by a table full of treats and desserts ''Oeh" Elio cried as he marched toward the table before being pulled back by his shirt. "Behave." Sevika groaned.
''Welcome!'' a loud voice boomed through the room as a woman the teens recognized as Violet walked into the room, behind her were 2 little girls and a tall woman. ''Into our lovely home. My name is Caitlyn, and these are our 2 daughters.'' The tall woman butted in, shoving the young girls foward, Caitlyn would be lying if she said she wasn't excited for the kids coming to live with them. Having seen her wife running around for days preparing their rooms, she made sure to decorate them all to their interest. ''This is Catherine, and she made something for you.'' The little girl stood behind her mother with a framed picture in her hand. Vienne lowered herself to the girl's level. ''Oh, and what would that be?'' The little girl stepped from behind her mother and handed Vienne the framed drawing, it was an adorable little drawing of her family, four little stick figures, and above them in crooked handwriting, ''Welcome Home.'' Vienne smiled, ''Thank you so much!''
As the 4 settled down on the couch of the obnoxiously large living room, of course choosing to sit as closely to each other as possible, it was an unspoken language for the siblings that in foreign situations they stuck together, as close as possible even if there was enough room on the couch for the lot of them.
Evan reached to the table, grabbing some fruit from a platter and handing it to his little sister. ''What if it's poisoned?'' Powder whispered as Evan popped one of the strawberries into his mouth, he continued chewing with a puzzling look on his face, ''Nope.'' He laughed at his sister's face as he swallowed and handed the rest to Powder, she looked at the couch in front of them, the 2 little girls were both dressed in fancy dresses with bows tying the front of them the oldest looking looking all to unfomfortable, suddenly Powders choice of her favorite pair of shorts and her old boots looked a little too casual for the occasion.
''Okay, you'll guys manage from here, I'll see you kids later.'' Sevika said as she stood up from her seat, "You're leaving already!?"' Powder panickily exclaimed, the thought of the only familiar adult leaving so soon just made her arm hairs stand up straight. ''Calm down, I'm only a few blocks away.'' Powder nodded, embarrassed about her little outburst. As the counselor walked out of the door, Violer spoke up.
''So you guys will be starting school on Monday, and its only a few blocks away from here. I'll walk you guys until you've memorized the way, and tomorrow someone will come over to measure you guys for the uniform!'' Vi clapped her hands together with a big smile on her face, slightly biting her tongue for the teen reactions to the uniform, if she remembered herself at that age, she'd rather have had a concussion than wear a uniform. ''Uniform? Evan questioned ''Yes"' Caitlyn interrupted, "The school has mandatory student uniforms, but of course self-expression is allowed as long as it is in between the guidelines." the teenagers let out a small breath they were holding. Vi continued, "Dinner is at 6, and I would like to discuss a curfew with you guys, Did your mother have any rules set for that?"
The 4 blinked, Their mother had little rules the only one that was really set in place was that they don't bother her after dinner. ''Not really,'' Vienne murmured. ''Well, let's just do 11 weekdays and 1 on the weekend. How does that sound?'' Vi exclaimed, "Early," Elio said, Vi laughed, and Caitlyn spoke up, "Uhm, Powder?" The girl looked up from her oh so intriguing painted nails as her name was called. ''Your mother informed us about your condition... we can assign someone to-''
''We'll manage that,'' Evan interrupted the woman, ''are you sure? We can-'' this time Vienne interrupted, ''No need" a sarcastic smile on her face as she could see her younger sister crumble further into the couch.
They knew that their little sister was more than embarrassed about her condition, she hated it. She hated that she had to take that stupid, disgusting tea every night, and that if she didn't, she'd feel like the whole world was falling apart with an insatiable need for a drug she never even saw in her life, all because her mother was a stupid addict, or so she thought...
Vi quickly picked up the tension in the room and changed the subject. "Why don't we let Cathie show you guys around your rooms?" The little girl jumped up from her seat, her little pigtails bouncing in the process.
"Follow me!"
----------------------------------
''And last but not least, Powder, this is your room!'' Having passed the older sibling rooms, leaving them to unpack, Cathie and Vi showed Powder her room last, Violet tried not to focus too much on the girl's name or her face. This was a different person with a different life, Vi told herself. ''Is this all mine?'' She looked around her room filled with a giant bed, a small seating area, a desk, and a- ''Is that a record player?'' Powder exclaimed excitedly, running toward the corner of the room where the machine sat. ''Your mother explained to us you like music, and we had one lying around, so it's yours now!'' Powder scoffed, ''You just had one lying around? These things cost a fortune.'' Up until now, Powder couldn't really see the Zaun in the woman like Sevika had explained, She probably was so used to her fancy life in Pitlover that she forgot all about it already.
''We'll leave you to get settled.'' Vi and her daughter left the room, The place was way bigger than her cozy attic room, but Powder could already feel the walls closing in on her, She quickly unpacked one of her bags and fetched her notebook out of it. Page 18, she knew the book better than the back of her hand.
"Kid, I hope you never feel the same feelings that I did, that you are never good enough, that you are never strong enough, and that you are a burden." I hope that you never find yourself in a situation where you are alone or scared, and if you do feel either of those things, which is not weird or embarrassing, it's natural and just a part of the process of growing up. I want you to read this and know that I will always be there for you, even if I am very far away. I want you to look up at the stars and know that there were a lot of people in my life that I let down, but I want you to look up at them and know that they are looking at you and that they are very proud of you, just as I am."
That night, Powder felt a little squeezy, a foreign place, and her tea didn't hit right, all simple excuses to knock on her eldest brother's door and crawl into his bed, only to find the rest of her siblings already hanging out in his room. That night Powder fell asleep listening to her siblings chatter and Evan softly playing the guitar.
can we take away vi from tiktok arcane fans because why do they foam at the mouth and go rabid if someone headcanons her as transmasc.. theyll call you a misogynist and say “just because she’s muscular doesnt make her transmasc 🤬🤬🤬!!!” like ohmygod why is fandom culture DEAD !!!!! why cant people headcanon what they want.
i think ppl forget many give characters (harmless) headcanons because they resonate with them. if its not hurting anybody let people live good grief
Do you have any Arcane headcanons/favorite headcanons in general?
I don't really have anything super good for you, but I adore the relationship between Vander and Silco so I think seeing Silco would have snapped Vander out of wolf-mode the some way it did with Vi and Powder/Jinx. In spite of everything that has happened I think Vander always considered Silco family.
