The Arcana Note Game Journal for 5E D&D
I got one as a gift from @bythehalfpint and this thing is amazing. I was originally intending to go over the whole thing in detail here but I guess I hit my limit for a photo post. Instead I’ll just say that this thing is freaking rad and quickly go over the contents:
Foremost it’s a tough leather journal game tracker that includes:
Two premium character records (about 4-5 pages) and a whole bunch of supplementary pages for NPC’s, Locations, Organizations, Session Notes, Campaign Timelines, and more.
A number of pages are SRD rules references and useful tables, like all the standard gear and actions in combat.
The journal comes with a number of partitions to organize the book how you wish.
You can add grid paper (included) and protective card sleeves into the book as well for campaign planning, notes, whatever.
There’s a lot more to it than the journal:
Condition Cards & Rules Reference Cards - these appear to be more player aids, including SRD items like how much healing potions recover - rules for all the standard conditions and a number of other cheat-sheet references.
Status Marker Bands, I’ve never really used them but they appear to be pretty popular nowadays. If you don’t care for them you’ve now got a large supply of finger gun ammo.
Fillable item cards, perfect for remembering all your magic items and associated rules/notes.
A dry-erasable mini character sheet cards w/ spell slots. For your important NPC’s or for the owners quick reference for their own character during game without needing the full records.
Foldable mini Dice Tray and DM screen. The Mini-DM screen is packed with useful information!
“Initiative Tents” - Glossy dry-erase fold-able initiative nameplates that display both your initiative number and common statistics.
