Arcee and Springer were actually canon in the g1 cartoon I think. And tbh given what I've read on this blog about their history in the teen au I sure as heck wouldn't be against them being an item (I love childhood rivals turned friends turned lovers)

And given how much you like tormenting Rodimus it may interest you to know that Springer is yet another ship in the massive port that is Hot Rod/Rodimus' shipping yard.

And of course the fact that they're kind of a trio in parts of the fandom obviously means Arcee/Hot Rod/Springer is on the table too.
