I’m glad Lucio actually has a really cute skin (but I suspect that Blizzard can’t get away with as much when it comes to Lucio...so instead they fuck over the characters of color who are women!! wowie!)

I think Frostbite, is a tribute to Jack Frost, which has something to do with Christmas.. But I could be wrong…
If you look at the skin they didn’t really incorporate anything from either well-known classic Jack Frost design (from either Santa Claus Is Coming to Town or Jack Frost) or really.........any Jack Frost design...at all.......
She just looks dead and her armor is frozen.......like. Blizzard, come on.

@arch-inquisitor Jesse was stuck in Hanamura due to a mission. A mission that he was all on his own for, though he really didn’t mind... But at the time it probably wasn’t for the best. He glanced behind him while running to find at least 4 talon agents following behind him. With the gun in his right hand, he already shot down one, but it can be a bit hard to shoot the enemy when you have to look behind you while running. Not to mention that he had a special something in his left hand that he wouldn’t dare drop. He wouldn't have time to stop and pick it back up. He’d get caught, and that was a fact. After all, these motherfuckers were pretty damn fast. The item in his left hand was covered by his serape, and cradled like a baby. It wasn’t exactly a fragile item, but this just sempt to be an easier way of carrying it. He looked back behind him, shooting his revolver a couple times in their direction, yet gaining no luck. He slid into the closest nearby pathway, and ran into an alleyway from there before anyone could see. He quickly pushed his body against the wall beside him, hoping that he’d be less noticeable to anyone who ran past. His breathing was heavy, and his posture was shaky. It was a damn pain to be doing this alone, but hell, he’s been doing this shit for years now. He knows his way around this kind of stuff. He let out a quiet, shaky chuckle as the four agents ran right past him, and shook his head slowly. “How blind.” He said quietly, sliding down the wall until he was sitting on the cold floor. He pushed his gun back into it’s holster, and pushed a small strand of hair out of his eyes with a deep sigh of relief. It was probably best that he wait here for a while longer in hope that they’d leave after a half an hour or so.

Full digital is lined art with color, shading and highlighting! Such as the examples above~!
I’ll be keeping 5 spots open for now, so it’s first come first serve! I might open up more afterwards if more are interested!
Reason why I’m putting up commissions, is because I’m struggling a bit to meet ends need. Such as paying bills (e.g. I recently got a surprise bill from UPS, that I had no idea that I’d be getting.. yikes..), food and transport (to and from school).
