My idea about espio's childhood
He didn't live a long time with his parents (they died when he was like 6) so these 4 years (before to meet vector for the first time) he was a street kid. He grew up his whole life with a lack of confidence (with his defaults like the fact that he didn't control his colors etc.) the others was making fun on him (poor boy;( )but he lived free without having to learn like other children
When he was 8 years old he found himself one day in another tribe. their boss was impressed by his talent. she therefore decided to keep him and raise him as her son. that's where he learned martial arts etc.
peace was not eternal there. although war broke out. his "mother" died and left him. Espio couldn't find anyone to help him. he left the area by secretly infiltrating in à travel which took him to the town where vector lived
it was winter. Espio couldn't find anyone to take him in. so he lost hopeness. He was going to die of cold until vector found he
Since that day. Espio was à lil bit aggressive at first. But he slowy started to learn to live with vector (charmy was 1/5 yo lmao) and he grew with him and they became " team chaotix " haha
and contrary to the opinion of others about the family of espio was huge. Well I think the opposite (espio only told about his mother (his father was a warlord and could not see his son)
