I’ve been missing this comic a lot, but unfortunately I won’t be able to launch s2 before the end of the year as planned. It sucks a lot but there are some short-term projects that popped up that I’d love to get done before I crack down on S2 😔 I hope you all can lend me your patience and understanding once more 🩷🩷🩷

There was a time when I was too afraid to even consider the possibility, let alone say the words aloud. And there was a time after that when I thought if I could only ever be happy by hiding this part of myself, then that was a sacrifice I was willing to make.

I can’t pinpoint the exact day I woke up and could be truly proud of who I was, but I’m happy to say that’s where I am now, and have been for a long time. Today is my first coming out day since I’ve been out to my family, so thank you to everyone who’s supported me each step of the way!

✌️It’s been 2 years since Archmage Ascending first premiered—how time flies! I still plan on releasing Season 2 this year, but I don’t have a release date yet, as I have a few projects due before then.

I miss drawing my troubled children very much, and I promise they will return to you soon! To have readers waiting for the next chapter of my story is one of the best feelings in the world. Love you all! 🎂

I just binge-read all of archmage ascending and I wanted to say thank you for making it and sharing your art with the world 🙏

Sometimes I stumble upon stuff online that is just so amazing that I can scarcely believe someone made that and put it out there for folks to read FOR FREE out of the goodness of their heart like what 🤯 I cannot fathom the commitment it must take to carry out a project like this! Congratulations!

I suck at commenting on webtoon but I wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed reading your incredible work, so anyway here’s a list of all the things I loved about it:

lovely character design, original but at the same time familiar, I can see where you get your inspirations from but you made it *your own*. AND THEY’RE ALL SO VERY CUTE

so dynamic! Couldn’t stop reading!!!

COLOURS (they’re great)

somehow you get movement across without many panels or repetition? Great action scenes.

the story is really well-paced. It’s hard to balance worldbuilding exposition and plot! You do it so well!

I didn’t see the plot-twist on ep 14 coming at all! At first I thought having young Miro “guess” that his older self was dead was too big a stretch (like, in his place most kids would just have thought that their older selves couldn’t come get them because of time-travel rules or smth like that, especially cause young Miro didn’t see older Sado or older Finn, so I felt that assuming his older self was dead just because older Lulu came to get him instead of himself was farfetched… like, didn’t he reach that conclusion a bit too easily? but now I see IT WAS A DIVERSION! HA!) You got me, I totally fell for it, and it didn’t even cross my mind that he wasn’t dead at all.

I really appreciated your focus on character conflict. So rare to see a story that has all 3 of these things (exposition, plot/external conflict, character/inner conflict) in a balanced manner – I mean it, I read a lot of “published” comics (and books and tv shows etc) that are severely lacking in 1 or 2 of those things. Your story is just So! Well! Crafted! YOU CAN DRAW AND YOU CAN WRITE.

I just finished your webcomic!! I absolutely adored it :DD Your art style is adorable:))

I think Finn is my favourite character so far, they're really cute and definitely do look like a shiba inu <3

But honestly, all the characters are amazing and incredibly well written!! I cannot wait to read more :DDD
