Lij Iyasu (1895-1935), later Iyasu V, was Emperor of Ethiopia from 1913 to 1916.

Lij means child, especially one born of royal blood.

Some Arde doodles to try and get a feel for how I see them. No idea what I'm doing with the tattoos but I figure their hair is pretty messy, probably having to cut it themselves and who knows what happens to it between transitions of their armored form.

Couldn't decide if they would have facial scars or not.
