Describe your life as a sci-fi au. Take any liberties you wish to.

In my sci-fi au there would be lots of really cool technology and gadgets to make life easier. There would also be really interesting genetic mutations that have people different abilities and cosmetic features. There would also be different races of humanoid people because who doesn’t love nekos and other cute shit? (Lol I think this is what you meant when you said describe…)

If you had the power to change any one facet of our culture, what would you change and how?

I would eliminate the expectations of gender roles and the stigmas that come with expressing one’s sexuality. I really despise how society twists people’s views of themselves and tries to force them into a mold that they don’t fit.

Imagine your most favorite object in your room. Now, give me a sales pitch for it. Why should I like it as much as you do?

I really love the tack board in my room because it has pictures of my favorite people and messages from my friends. You should love it just as much as me because most of the shit on it is from you LOL.

If you were a punctuation mark, would punctuation mark would you be and why?

I would be an interrobang. Why? Because it’s fun to say, and I feel like I illicit the “!?” reaction out of people sometimes.

One type of person you have loved but you shouldn’t have let yourself love.

Is there anything in the world you would trade your most important sense (sight, sound, touch, etc) for? What is it?

I would trade my everything to make my OCs real. Like seriously. I’m not kidding.

The song “Spectrum” by Zedd (I literally have 4 versions of this song.) Anyway, this song would be a lonely city where people lose themselves and break their dreams. But two people do find solace in one another and they don’t ever want to leave each other. So they never let go. And they run away together to a place where love can save them. And they realize that even if you lose your dreams, you can always make new ones. (Um okay I’m not really sure what this is…)

The second song is “Medicine” by Daughter. This song speaks to me. (I have 4 different versions of this one too.) This song is another broken city filled with broken people. (Common theme? Idk) There is a voice telling them that they have a second chance to change their lives and that they can still be what they wanted to be. These people and this place, though broken, are still beautiful and are not fragile. They just need to pick up the pieces of their lives.

You learn something new every day. If you could teach the world a lesson you have learned, what lesson would it be?

I have learned that no matter how hard you try to impress people that you will still let them down. Instead of placing your worth on the feedback of others, work to impress yourself. If you are content with yourself then that is all that matters.

Fast-forward fifty years from today. If your grand-children were to go through your old possessions, what would you want them to find? What would you want to hide? What do you think they’d learn about you?

They would find a lot of my writing stuff and probably my collections of various things. I hope they would be interested in what they found. I wouldn’t really want to hide anything from them, but some of the stuff might be a little bit questionable. They would probably learn that I am a mentally meticulous person who devours things with their mind and then slowly picks them apart to their essence.

If you were to disappear forever, how would you do it? Would you tell someone? Leave a note, or instructions on what people should do with things left behind? Would you take everything and leave in the middle of the night, or impulsively flee with nothing but the clothes on your back?

If I were going to leave I would have thought a ton about it before I left so I would probably already have everything packed that I wanted to take with me. I’m not really sure whether or not I would just leave without a word or if I would leave a note or if I would tell people. That is probably a decision I would make shortly before leaving. Regardless, I feel like a note would be necessary, so I would leave one.

QUESTIONS

1. Describe your life as a sci-fi au. Take any liberties you wish to. 

I DON'T KNOW IF THIS WOULD BE CONSIDERED "SCI-FI" OR NOT BUT WHATEVER. I would live in a world much like this one, but everyone would get an animal that would live with them forever and the animal is their sort of soul and if the animal gets hurt so does the person, like that one movie I don't remember what it is called lol. The Golden Compass or something. Everything would be a ton more steampunky because steampunk shit is awesome. My soul pet thing would be an otter and her name would be Lucy. We would go on awesome adventures with all my friends and have fun times yay

I still don't know what facet means but I think my assumption is correct. Let's see. 

I actually can't think of anything because honestly I don't give a fuck about our society, I think it is too shit to be changed and I am not one to really try anyway. I'm fine with living in my own little world with my own little people doing my own little things and not thinking about the outside world

Can it be a face instead? I've always sorta felt like ^-^ represented me pretty well though I don't really know why

Mmm yeah probably something

Right now my favorite song is Recovery by Frank Turner. I don't really see a landscape, but whenever I listen to this song, I always see bright, beautiful lights flashing all around in my mind. Yellows and reds and oranges and some faint blues every once in awhile. It's like a dancing sun that goes with the beat of the song. It makes me feel really warm and safe inside. 

8. You learn something new every day. If you could teach the world a lesson you have learned, what lesson would it be?

I'm not really the best at learning lessons honestly lol. Uhm. I've learned that keeping huge secrets from your mother is a really really bad idea and can ruin a lot of things. It's good to be open and honest with your parents for the most part, I think, or at least one of them. It gets hard though, lol, it really does

I think I would want them to find something like my DS so they would know that I loved video games and maybe see what video games and consoles were like fifty years ago lol. I assume by then they would have really cool video game thingies lol. I would also want them to find something horse related, because that is a big part of my life as well. I wouldn't want them to find a thing that I had written during some of my worst times dealing with stupid shit. I think my depression and stuff would be something I would want to hide and not talk about in the years to come. I would probably also want to hide that I spent most of my highschool life on tumblr. Mm I would hope they would think that I was happy and had an interesting life because that is better than thinking that I was depressed and boring lol

Hmm I think if I would I might do something like leave impuslively but first send a quick text to a few select people that I would be leaving and probably not coming back anytime soon and then break my phone or something. I would leave most everything behind I think, I don't have a lot to take with me lol
