I’m getting my hair cut and dyed tomorrow. The appointment has been scheduled for months. I work at a daycare and decided to screw with the children today.
Today I put on a giant show of being sad so naturally they ask what’s wrong. I tell them I was just diagnosed with a disease that will cause my hair to get really short and purple a day after I’m annoyed.
Most of them were on their absolute best behavior but one of the 4th graders figured out I was lying. Because I am in drama (I run lights) I continued my facade of disappointment as this little girl does everything in her power to piss me off, solely so she could “I told you so” her best friend (she had made me a get well soon card out of a coloring book page she found and I actually felt kind of bad).
my next day at work is Wednesday. Will update then.
I know it’s been a long month
but all I have to say is if this relationship doesn’t work out, the amount of quality projection fics y’all are gonna get will be insane
