Yajtay is a solo project created by Wayrapaq, its aesthetic mixes the sounds of Traditional Black Metal with Andean Folk elements such as wind instruments (Quenas, Zampoñas, Sikus, etc.) It is a search for love for the land and the nature of its valleys and mountains. Back in 2024, I had the pleasure of introducing you to Yajtay's debut album “Wayrapi Waqay.” Since then, he has released two more albums. Tawantinsuyu, who has a strong connection to his homeland, is releasing his fourth album today. A jewel among Argentine folk metal bands!
