Luna wasn't used to people being able to see them yet, so this was a little embarrassing. They were hanging from the branch of a tree, dangling by their ankle. Realistically they could have just phased through the branches.. but they had been curious to get themself down. Only now they looked... more than a little ridiculous.

«Why, honor the values of your nation and be a little more free-spirited, Master Diluc. Even I let myself be guided by the wind from time to time. It takes me where it wants. I simply follow its steps». There is a grin on the captain's lips. Whether there is veracity or mockery in his tone of voice is for the redhead to decide. Given his foul mood, however, Kaeya can already predict that he will probably not fall on Diluc's good graces. What a pity.

«As for why I am here… Who knows? It is like I just said. Perhaps the wind has led me here for reasons unknown to both of us». Kaeya could say no more. Attribute the reasons for his presence to a higher force. But of course he is going to say more. When the opportunity presents itself, one would be foolish not to push further. Thus, he shall begin to enumerate the possibilities.

«Or maybe I am still on duty. Perhaps I am on a very complex investigation that requires me to venture further than the usual routes of my patrols. Or perhaps I am simply feeling nostalgic. Care to take a guess?» 

...There might be more possibilities than the ones listed. You never know with Kaeya.

"If you're just going to stand there, at least do it a step or two to the left. You're too close to the flowers." It really was the only acknowledgement he had given to the stranger so far, beyond a cursory glance. "I'd just planted them, so they're a little delicate right now."

"He's not my superior anymore-- and he shouldn't be yours either, Isa." He'd been recompleted-- and had searched for hours across the grounds to try and find his best friend. The very reason he'd gotten involved with the Organization to begin with.

Only to find out he'd been corrupted by that bastard Xehanort.

"Come on man-- wake up! You're being used! Like a puppet on a string."

FEATHERED. He hasn't been out much this past week, stewing in paperwork and other bureaucracy. So it's nice to get a walk on his own, earbuds in, listening to the city hum.

Though that man in a gaudy pirate coat would fit far better into Harajuku than Kichijoji. He hopes he isn't too obvious as he shifts under an awning to people-watch, trying to ascertain what the hell this oddball is doing.

"Suppose that makes the two of us..." The woman mumbles, tugging her hood down with her left hand to take a better look at her surroundings. Despite the outdoor lamps, there were areas that appear to be poorly lit.

She did not spot any glowing eyes that were trademarked with the creatures she knew. Perhaps we're okay for right now... Selena thinks to herself, moving her gaze toward what appeared to be an outdoor cafe. The keybearer immediately notices the lack of patrons and furrows her brows.

"Where is everyone...?" She asks quietly.

"I just don't get this keyblade thing." He huffed in frustration. His own keyblade had been obliterated by Xemnas-- his former Superior. It had left him a bit frustrated on keyblades as a whole. His chakrams had never failed him-- but his so-called immutable weapon had.

"You and Xion have it down pat-- but me? It just ain't my thing, ya know?"

"Okay, now this is pretty cool." He's seen some extravagant architecture before, but this really was on the scale of Scala ad Caelum. Maybe even beyond that. "I wonder where all I can actually check out, though... Last thing I need is to get into trouble with the locals."
