Ever since his release from prison, Diego had taken a great interest in exploring what Vievecor City had to offer in ways of culture and history. He had read several books on the subject, but nothing came close to seeing things in real life. That was the true luxury of freedom.

Choosing to visit early morning on a weekday ensured that he had the place practically to himself. He walked around the halls for a little while until he found the curator himself. "Mr Iqbal," Diego greeted the deity with a smile. They had met briefly before, but Diego still felt like some distance remained before they would become properly acquainted. "I was hoping for a private tour, if you have the time. I would love to learn about the masterpieces from someone who truly knows them."

At last we meet | Arjun & Yui

Ever since Yui had learned the name of the esteemed guest at the hotel she had felt her world turn inside out. It was only with the full force of her will that she had not fainted as her body froze on the inside when Arjun Iqbal announced himself. Like a ghost from the past he haunted her now. She tried to reason with herself that he couldn't know that it had been her that time. The ship had burned down, with no witnesses to say what she had stolen. Except there were men in the harbour who knew whose ship she had left as the sole survivor, and the riches she had suddenly come in possession of. And those men had been enough to create rumours that spread from the east-coast to the western wilderness.

Yui had not heard anything personally from Iqbal, and convinced herself that he had not yet figured it out. But the problem remained that the longer he stayed the more time he had to find the truth. She just had to stay out of his way until he decided it was best for business to leave.

"Good day, Mr Iqbal. Can I help you with anything?" She asked with polite cheerfulness, "I can wash your clothes for a small fee". Behind the reception desk she clasped her hands to keep them from shaking.

Arjun loves to dive into all of the philosophical questions about humanity, particularly where art is involved, which he finds to be the highest form of expression there is. Art is also his reason for existing as long as he has.

He adores the threatre and goes to see plays often.

On surface value, Arjun appears to be a polite, noble and dignified individual (everything a deity is expected to be, really), but there is so much more than meets the eye when it comes to his character: a darker side, which very few get to see and which makes him seem a complete different person: cold, controlling and even manipulative.

Despite his hidden persona, his overall good nature means that, oftentimes, the wrong kind of individual may take advantage of him. It is a good thing, then that he has someone like Elio to get him out of trouble. It is him, that he listens to.

Arjun is prone to develop an attachment to those he feels he can trust, almost to a fault and almost never takes sides when it comes to the different species at Vievecor. He stands by the golden rule but lately, this sentiment has been dwindling due to the recent attacks.

The discovery of the elvish ruins has picked his interest and he is keen on exploring them in search for artifacts he can study and then display in his art gallery. As he does not have access to it, he is trying to find a way in.

As an art curator, he moves among the finer circles of society and is well connected in the city. If you are a lover of art, you will probably have made his aquaintance. He takes pleasure in organizing events, auctions and exhibitions often.
