A kiss.
Maybe it's an ancient Arlathan, maybe in fade he grew his hair. But now I am in a period of infatuation with Solas with long hair.

This is a illustration and banners for the story @sincerelya-stories "The Lady and the Wolf" within the framework of Dragon Age Big Bang 2026.
P. S. This is a very unusual experience. Usually I draw from a ready-made text. I hope the author liked the illustrations. And I don't know yet how it ended. And I will read the story from the beginning.
Sylaise. Architect Arlathan. Weaver of harmony and beauty.
By the way, she has the kindest code. Solas never said anything bad about her. And It seems to me that Elgarnan expelled her from the capital. (I don't remember where I read it) Perhaps for helping some rebellion? Her pantomime mask is the softest and kindest. And she talks about returning home. Only its followers in their codes do not sound submissive and humiliated.
Because I like the theme of fade music and elven magic (and that's why dalish magic is more harmonious with the world and graceful than attempts to subjugate fade in circles). I wanted to show how she controls the threads of magic. Sylaise creates a new reality.
I wanted to make it in time for Evanuris Week ( @evanurisweek ) . But it looks like I'll only finish part of the series.
Young Solas and his jewelry. The Vallaslin version is below the cut. I recently saw a post @cryptid-catt with this drawing (look at the image, it's wonderful) of Solas with a hair comb. I thought it was a really cute idea, so I made this sketch. (If you find it unpleasant, I'll delete this sketch.)
It's unlikely that Solas wore the same hairstyle for all the millennia in ancient Arlathan. And hair combs are very beautiful. And of course, wolf symbolism should be present in everything.
Andruil. Great huntress. Goddess of sacrifice. Blood and power of Elvhenan. Lover Ghilan'nain.
Crafted a spear and bow of unimaginable power, which she used to hunt even in the Abyss.
According to Solas's frescoes, she was the third participant in the Elgarnan conspiracy. She participated in the murder of Mithal.
As the annotation on her theatrical mask reads: "She is the hunt itself: both the hare and the hawk."
I continue to paint the series "The Golden Age of Arlathan". By Tag #Golden Age of Arlathan can see the rest.
Week @evanurisweek become my month evanuris.
June. Master of crafts.
Inventor of Eluvian and Power Crystals.
I drew him with Arulin'Holm tuning Power Crystals.
Yes, I think Arulin'Holm is a kind of tuning fork. I like to think of music in fade for spirits and elves.
I believe it was June's research that helped create Solos's dagger. The codex for his mask says that he is always in the shadow of others.
And if you look at the Elven name for Power Crystals, it becomes clear that June wasn't a spirit of creativity, beauty, or harmony. The spirit of creativity is rather about Sylaise. June is a craftsman and engineer. That's why he has no ornamentation on his clothing. Simplicity.
For some reason, I associate him a bit with Hephaestus. So I wanted to make him look more simple, without the defined chin and with a more upturned nose.
And I like the idea that Sylaise and June are connected. That they were originally kindred spirits. And later they became a couple.

"Fen'Harel has been falsely named a god, but is as mortal as any of you. He takes no divine mantle and asks that none be bestowed upon him. He leads only those who would help willingly. Let none be beholden but by choice."
Freed slaves were met by a quiet, attentive elf, who asked them how they were feeling and if they needed any help.
Fen'harel ma gilana.
Actually, I wanted to draw Solas with long hair. I think he should have had different hairstyles over the years
Ghilan'nain. Mother of halla. Creator of animals and monsters.
Beloved of Andruil.
According to the frescoes of Solas, she, along with Andruil and Elgarnan, was an active proponent of the use of Blight. She was also one of the participants in the conspiracy against Mithol.
Her connection with Dirthamen is interesting. In his temple, we can see frescoes dedicated to Ghilan'nain. For example, an image of a winged stag. I painted exactly that deer. . Also in Redcliffe, you can see an image of a bear protectively embracing a girl with antlers and long hair. The girl is also embracing the bear. Fire comes from the bear's mouth. In Dragon Age, you can repeatedly see how humans borrow elven imagery, songs, and ornaments and transform them into their own culture. And this painting clearly has elven roots. Was Dirthamen in love with Ghilan'nain? It seems Ghilan'nain was always Andruil's handmaiden. And of course, Ghilan'nain became Andruil's lover.
Solas also has mixed feelings about Ghilan'nain. Despite her experiences with the plague, he tries to whitewash her. Solas tells her that she commits evil for love, and that Ghilan'nain is not like that. Solas clearly has some positive feelings toward Ghilan'nain. Knowledge and Wisdom Clearly they treated this with great reverence Ghilan'nain . After all, Ghilan'nain She was a scientist and inventer.
I also like to think that Ghilan'nain wasn't just one of the people, but that she was born into the world.
And she was clearly very ambitious.
I wanted to make it in time for Evanuris Week ( @evanurisweek ) . But it looks like I'll only finish part of the series.
