This is really sad! A 19-year-old National Diploma, ND, student of Otefe Polytechnic, Oghara, Delta State, Miss Esther Oteri, is battling for survival at the Delta State University Teaching Hospital, DELSUTH, after an armed robber damaged her face with bullets during a deadly operation.

The incident happened at about 7pm on February 18, a night to her matriculation day.
