Armina had came to this world… and she cared for her brother. Her dearest brother that she cared so deeply for…That brother who laid dead at her own claws and sword… this was all wrong.
It was he who forced this upon her he who had forced her to fight against her sibling… and now? He laid dead at her feet.
Armina freed herself from the Foul One’s control and crumbled down next to her brother… sobbing. Nuzzling him. Trying to get him to wake up… but for nothing.
She had sacrificed her own sense of self control in exchange for the freedom of her brother’s did she not? Her brother had been under the influence and irritation of the one who forced this ordeal upon her… she had to do anything to free him right?
What a fool she was.
She should have known that he had play this cruel game on her. To force her to slay her own brother. What kind of hero was she? Nothing but a monster…

That was all she was now. Subdued to listen to his command. Armina felt no resistance over herself as the control itched along her mind… before seizing it. She had no one left to save her.

#1373 - Armina sp. - Pinstripe Sea Slug
Managed to get some snorkeling in this season, and @gemfyre spotted this unusual sea slug during a group outing to the Kwinana Grain Terminal, a long jetty sticking out into a shallow sandy bay.
The Arminidae are unusual for nudibranchs in that they don’t have visible external gills, but that might be because they spend time buried in the sand, which is not something you want to clog up your gills with. Their diet is pretty specialised too - they only eat sea pens and sea pansies, colonial cnidaria that also live in sandy areas. An Armina eating a sea pen can be quite spectacular, since the sea pens give off a flash of bioluminescence each time the slug takes a bite.

Art day! She's not quite done, but here is Armina's angel/winner form! I still need to do her wings and I think something is missing from her outfit... Just can't figure out what.
Thought I was done with winner Armina but brain decided we needed to add more deer features as well as giving her some pretty but poisonous plants in her basket. So we have Angel's Trumpet, White Baneberry, and Castor Bean in the basket, and then Hemlock, Foxglove, Yew, and Rosary Pea in her hair! A good warning to treat her with respect or suffer the consequences. The arm bangle has the Tree of Life to show her ties to Raphael and the bells are a little nod to Azrael.
