Enchanting
I’ve always described enchanting as pulling energy from arcane dust and shards into a wispy smoke that can be woven into thin threads. The energy only needs guided at first, then funnels into it’s natural flow of leyline strings that can be channeled through a variety of thin silvery tools. With the aid of a jewelers lens that allows him to see the small woven threads of preexisting enchantments, he etches new, moves old, and alters the flow of runic on and off switches that express the enchantment of his choosing, and always leaves a little near microscopic symbol to signature his handiwork.
Monotonous, but pretty, it can take some time to finish more complex requests. His specialty ranges from clever ways to make day to day life easier to complex illusionary enchantments. The later being only for fun, of course.
