Okay so I think this is a really hard thing because I totally see where you're coming from, and odds are A is suppressing something, but also...pushing A isn't going to help at all. All it's going to do is cause arguments and not make A feel safe if she decides later on that she isn't straight.

I know you have her best interests at heart and I love that, but I think the best way to approach this is to be like "Okay. If things ever change, remember that I support you!" because no matter what, she is going to need support.

Things change and people learn about themselves and whether or not A ends up outwardly identifying as queer, by you supporting her no matter what, you can show her that it's (1) important for HER to support YOU and others no matter what and (2) important for HER to support herself no matter what.

I know it's frustrating, and it's something that you vent about and scream into your pillow about, but I honestly think its the best way to deal with it.

As far as your OWN identity, the same thing holds true. Nobody has the right to tell you what you are, and you can remind people of that. It's okay to sent that boundary <3

cas, how do i know if i'm androgyne/non binary? like i've been thinking about it for a while now and idk how to describe it but my gender is the same thing as a masc lesbian like i want to be as masc as possible but i'm also not not a girl yk? like sometimes i see guys and i get gender envy but i don't want to be a guy does that make sense?

Well I think this is a hard one because gender EXPRESSION (pronouns, the way you dress) is different than gender IDENTITY. But it sounds like you might want to look into some of the different nonbinary labels and see if any feel right to you? Maybe look at agender or demigirl?

Remember too, you don't have to pick a label. You can just be YOU, and not specify what gender you are. It's okay to focus on what makes you feel like you, without labelling that <3

got paid today. i was so excited to get groceries and then i realized that after paying rent i will have $1.27 in my bank account so i will have no groceries this week. my research pi is keeping 5k from me and as a result i'm starving 🤩

I'm so so sorry. Literally the feeling of being paid and having it immediately taken is the WORST. Are there any food pantries near you that might be giving things out? If you feel comfortable DMing me a general location (a state, maybe?), I can look some up for you!

Oh wow, this is a tough one.

I mean, I think you have to weight the pros and cons, here. What happens if you lie? What happens if you tell the truth? How could it affect you in the future?

Honestly, I think if your father finding out isn't a huge deal, then I would tell the truth. Already having these struggles is worrying, and you don't want to trigger something worse by fighting in a war. War is super traumatic, and will no doubt cause some of these things to resurface. Unless you WANT to be in the army, I'd be truthful.

and like.. it's exhausting to see bts brought up all the time.. i want to see other groups winning lots of awards, other groups going to the grammys, other groups doing cool shit! i know that they are, but i never hear about it because everything is always about bts in my circle of tumblr ㅠㅠ

bruh it is beyond annoying to have everything be turned into some type of connection to bts, like it's everywhere ugh

and yeah honestly the thing is there is SO much more to kpop than bts, they're not the only group with cool or unique concepts, good songs, good lyrics, cool rappers, good dancers, handsome members etc. many more groups DESERVE more attention

and well my advice for you would be to either unfollow some of the bts only blogs you follow or at least start following blogs that post about other groups if you want to see more non bts content. it's what i did after i dropped them, i unfollowed almost every blog i used to follow that posted mainly bts (because i didnt want to see their content anymore tho) and i started following a lot of blogs that post about other groups and now i only see sprinkles of bts content on my dash here and there lol

ummm! i don’t think he would ever be open minded in terms of our understanding of the word, just because of historical circumstances. but if ur looking for my modern take on Yoongi’s character, The Early Shift is the way to go hahah. i would imagine they would be somewhat similar?? or at least to the way Yoongi is in the minis 🥰 or you can think abt the way he used to act in the earlier chapters of MLT :’) when he was a kid!!
