it's recommended that you exercise 3-4 times a week a teenager is also recommended to sleep 9-10 hours every night and apparently it's bad to work out later than 3-4 hours before you go to bed and atop of that you need to make time for "fun" stuff and spend time in nature to help relieve stress and atop of that you need to always prioritise school and keep your grades up
