What do you think was maybe your biggest mistake when you started writing fan fiction?
Haha well I’ve made a looooot of mistakes in the past, and I’m still constantly making mistakes, but at least I’m learning from it all :’)
But I think the biggest mistake I made was expecting instant recognition when I started out! It was disheartening to look at all of these popular scenario blogs and see them do so well, while I struggled to get any feedback on what I posted. But over the course of my time here I’ve started to recognise that my worth and the quality of my work isn’t reflected in notes or followers! My writing will always suffer when I’m worrying about how well it will be received, rather than how much I enjoy it, so I try to forget about it and I’m a lot happier for doing so!
