16 days in #kuwait training at @o2_gyms with coach @ahmad_askar_1. I. And here fat by bodybuilding standards but then I was doing no #cardio and no #diet. The coach said do thins and eat that and he drive me through workouts irregardless of the fact I have been sick for 10 days! I have given #100 percent to 'this and even though before and after gym is boring and dreary, the results make up for it... this is my first self of #progress photos and I must say, l am happy with what I am seeing! Every 10 days I will post more progress photos and hopefully live up to the reputation that this amazing gym and @bader_boodai and his #team have built.
