The boy's father #ArnoldDaniel told @fox2detroit that his kids were playing in their Michigan neighborhood, when his son Coby left his bike in the neighbor's front yard. When Coby retrieved his bike, the neighbor named #RyanLeNguyen threatened him with a sledgehammer. Ryan then walked back inside his home and allegedly shot Coby through his front window. ___________________________________ Coby was struck in his arm, but he is expected to make a full recovery. However, Arnold said the doctors told him Coby could've likely been killed if the bullet had hit him an inch in either direction from its original place. ___________________________________ Ryan was arrested by Washtenaw County Sheriff and charged with assault with intent to murder. However, he was granted a $10,000 bond and released three days later. The prosecutor's office told #Fox2Detroit they are "shocked" by the low bond and an emergency motion has been filed to raise the bond to $100,000.
