Aromatherapy to Strengthen Your Mind
Essential oils can support you by helping you to focus on what you are doing, certain essential oils like Black Pepper strengthens your mind, Lemon assists with clarity and of course when you inhale the smell of an aroma that you like it will instantly uplift your emotions and put a smile on your face, either energising you or relaxing you.
Often when you have a lot fo things going on in your life the simplest of things can become difficult to do. You can use essential oils to support yourself in achieving your daily tasks with ease and grace.
Inhalations are one of the best ways to use essential oils for an immediate effect and can be carried with you at all times. Having a bath gives us time to relax and or re-energise. Set yourself time out even if it is fifteen minutes a day to simply be.
Use your essential oils to assist with grounding and connecting, do some slow gentle deep breathing. Having a foot bath is yet another simple way of giving yourself time out.
Room sprays have to be one of my favourite ways of using essential oils. You can carry them with you and spray when ever you feel you need a boost or top up.

Rosemary and Basil are very stimulating both strengthen your mind and well known for assisting with focus
Cypress is great for energising and clarity, it also assists with clearing out clutter, detoxing your mind
Rose is another for focus, balancing your mind, moods and emotions
Geranium is 'BALANCE'
