I'm gonna be real rn and say that if you're autistic and identify heavily with your "strong sense of justice" but refuse to acknowledge that the sense of justice in question is based on your probably limited worldview, you do not have a good sense of justice. Your understanding of justice is not innately in tune with the world. This comment was made on a (neurodivergent!!) black woman's post about how racists who hate juneteenth can die.

i tried to keep my art goals light for this year, not pushing myself to draw every day if i dont feel like it etc etc but one thing i do wanna do is at least one fully polished/large piece each month. literally only so that i can do one of those "art year in review" things

#it's not like i don't get it. i do but i just don't understand what's *so* interesting about it that makes every single fandom be structured #around it #like if what makes shipping so interesting is exploring the dynamics of those characters together than why wouldn't-#other types of relationship be too ?#or maybe when you see something really good and you wanna talk about the plot or concepts whatever and it's just. the famous ship #famous non shipper experience is reading a meta post or smt that talk about the story and going yes!#and then as you continue to read it the post goes along the lines "and that is interesting bc of how this is about *insert ship*!'#and then going no :[#sooo disappointing to see a good history and then you enter fandom and it's just an ooc-y version of. everything to fit the popular ship #i dunno maybe it's just my experience also. whenever i try to get into some fandom and i keep getting just lots of ships everywhere-#it kinda already end my will to keep interacting with that fandom. without searching alot for other people with interests like mine #it does makes things difficult. my fault there #but still. i wish fandom in general wasn't either you have a ship and then you get content or you go sit with the 10% of the fandom that-#makes meta in the back of the room #shut.up.maggioli #cw negativity #sorry if you read me complaining about this until this point

we’re restoring our 100-year-old house and every step of the way I’m cursing the people who built it, every person who remodeled it, and myself for buying it. But mostly the family who built it … I hope their great great grandchildren stub their toes today and every day

I'm just really sad and sensitive lately because stuff keeps happening in my life without a break and I can't catch up with anything in real time and it feels like I'm just letting it all pass me by without doing anything about it.

The uncertainty of unemployment, my auntie's death which is also fucking me up, me just feeling not right and out of sorts, worrying and being sad also over people that I don't talk to or aren't in my life anymore, growing apart with long time friends and constantly feeling like no amount of love in the world is enough to make things better... It sucks and I'm with someone I love dearly and feel supported rn which softens the blow a lot and I get distracted, but I love dearly probably tons and tons of people too who I have no way to connect with anymore as we used to, I just feel sick and don't know what to do :( I try so hard to be present just for the sake of ppl not forgetting im there for them but truly truly nothing is ever enough

#god im so unfathomably sad for real though. im just processing my aunties death still and i swear i cant even get distracted or wrap my head #around it #and then the realization of how unreachable everyone is...#while i just want to tell them i love them so so much
