I'm gonna be real rn and say that if you're autistic and identify heavily with your "strong sense of justice" but refuse to acknowledge that the sense of justice in question is based on your probably limited worldview, you do not have a good sense of justice. Your understanding of justice is not innately in tune with the world. This comment was made on a (neurodivergent!!) black woman's post about how racists who hate juneteenth can die.

I’d gotten to try the other styles of yoga for better understanding. I was almost obsessed with many different styles of yoga, and managing to absorb from crap bullshit to some amazing tales unexpected. I ended up escaping from the other factors in my life. Gradually, I was becoming happier.
Some of my friends suggested that it was fine that I was addicted to something healthy like yoga.
I don’t think so, if I look back now. Addiction is such an extreme state of mind. It is not good, even the healthy one. Everything has to be done in moderation. The hardest thing to find in life is balance

ヨガの流派の違いについて追求するため、わたしは色々流派のヨガを試した。どうしようもないホラから予期せぬ出来事に至るまで、あらゆる情報を消化しているうちに、自分の人生で、他に悩まなければならない事は一切忘れ、すっかりのめり込んでしまった。そして、だんだん前より幸せな気分になっていった。
「ヨガみたいなヘルシーなことに中毒になっているのだから良いじゃないの」と言う友達もいたが、良いわけがなかった。
依存症とは、極端な心の状態だ。やりすぎは、例え、健康に良いことであっても、良くはない。
全ては節度を持って「適度に」行うのが理想だ。そしてそれは最も難しいことではないだろうか？
My relationships are clearly on my terms.. if I wanna hang out, they can decide if they wanna come, if I wanna check up on them, they may respond, if I wanna spend quality time, here's hoping they are even open to it, kinda annoying being a "good friend" honestly
