Today, our wonderful @oh_hannah__ has been out & about today with @arrivaclick and The Reader, helping to support a pilot social prescribing programme being ran in the South Liverpool area . Arriva Click has helped to transport a group of people (for free!) from their GP practice to the incredible and recently renovated Calderstones Mansion - where they’ve enjoyed a series of well-being & group activities together.
