My Favourite Felicity Smoak Moments!

As you all know Felicity Smoak is my favourite character EVER. Even when I was unhappy with the Arrow writers - I stayed because she is still Felicity which is why I’m still watching today. So given that this is her last season why remember her awesomeness with the gifs created by our very talented fandom!

Arrow Rewatch 2018 1x15 Dodger

- Oliver looks good in that tight, black top he wears under the Arrow jacket. I wish we saw it more.

- No wonder people keep breaking into their lairs; the code is 141.

- Felicity humanising the name on the list.

- 'Has it ever occurred to you that you could do some real good in this city...'

- 'You're not the only one who knows how to reboot my system.' Whew, Oliver! This scene is hott! Him bending over her and using that low voice. Then Felicity, holding her ground, gets up and he has to step back coz otherwise she'd be right there within kissing range. Gah! The sexual tension! Also, he was totally trying to intimidate her and I love that she just refuses to be cowed. Plus Diggle's reaction in the background is all of us. He is so delighted to have someone else in the foundry to talk sense into Oliver. Someone who won't take his bs. He should have popcorn lol.

- Beth Schwartz wrote this episode. It's her first solo episode I think. She set the foundation for OTA and what it should look like. She set the tone. And we are forever grateful.

- already Felicity is having a positive influence on Oliver. He wants to take down the Dodger to get her back onside, and show her that's there is more to him. She also encourages both John and Oliver to pursue a life outside of the mission.

- the OTA scene at Big Belly Burger is one of my all time faves.

- '...I find the person, and then I put the fear of God into them until they talk. But we can try your way.'

- Felicity just brings so much light and warmth to these scenes. The dynamic between all three of them is already tangible. It's like we've been watching these 3 fight crime for years. It just works.

- Daylight by Maroon 5 is playing during this scene in the background. Fitting ;)

- does anyone else find it even weirder Dig dating Carly, now that we know he officiated her wedding to his brother?

-Oliver nervous about his date is cute.

- such a contrast between his date with McKenna and his date with Felicity. He really doesn't want to talk about those 5 years with McKenna. With Felicity, he was ready to open up.

- I love the Lance/Roy interrogation scene. 'You got something against banks?' and 'my mom has a problem', 'yeah, her son is a moron.'

- 'it's not exactly who I'm looking to catch.'

- See something you like, Oliver?

- This cracks me up. Plus check out Stephen and David; they are trying so hard not to laugh lol.

- can we talk about how brave Felicity is? She's been working with them for 5 minutes and doesn't hesitate to confront the Dodger.

- 'Talk to me, Felicity.' Their first mission with Felicity on comms. Knowing that Oliver acknowledged how crucial she's been to him, this made made me a little bit emotional. My babies.

- Oliver on a motorbike. 'I'm not Robin hood.'

- Oliver forgot about all the good things in life while on the island. Makes me even more happy that he found Felicity.

Rating: ☆☆☆☆☆ On paper this episode should be no way near being considered one of my favourite episodes of Arrow. It's not part of the overarching plot of the season, it should just be a villain of the week filler episode. However, OTA elevates it. It's almost a reboot. A backdoor pilot. Proof of concept. They finally found the winning formula in these three characters, and by focusing and establishing their dynamic, this episode lays out the guidelines, not just for Arrow, but for all other CW DCTV shows to come. Do you know what makes me love it even more...Beth Schwartz wrote it.
