I haven't been around much lately, despite my new year's resolution to be more active and more positive here. A lot has been going on lately and among the most stressful of things is my nephews health. In November 2018, Azaan got diagnosed with Nephrotic Syndrome which is a group of symptoms that, together, show that your kidneys are not working as well as they should. Since his treatment started, it has relapsed a few times which has doctors increasing dosage of various medications which come with serious toxic side effects. It has had a toll on the family as you can imagine, and when I feel absolutely tired of life, I look at how my sister has been holding it together. Although I have caught her crying numerous times, I've recently realized how strong my little sismonster has grown to become. This is dedicated to her, for all the times I thought I was stronger.
