2016 throw back~

so many have been looking back at 2016 so it made me go and look back so here I chose some drawings to share.

this was the year I got my first cintiq and I still use it to this day! (I've been using intuos before that) I remember getting it and it changed my digital art so much, I'm not saying that you can't draw amazing on an intuos but for me it helped seeing what I'm drawing TAT I remember it changed my whole workflow and made me improve and try a lot of new things.

I was posting already at that time on tumblr and DeviantArt maybe even Instagram by then (I can't remember and I don't have the same account anymore). but I actually really love the art I did that year, I am tempted to redraw some drawings I did that how much I love them to this day ^^

- SUMMARY OF ART 2016 -

Here is a summary of my art from 2016. It was a pretty busy year! I started working on my school short film, I did the Modern Witches Artbook and also I did a lot of other art for fun or for people. 

I think I'm going to try to do very different things in 2017, I really want to move on and try new things with my art! Thank you for following me, all of you ♥ You're amazing!

I finally got around to making that 2016 art improvement meme..

Ill be honest, this year has been a rough one on terms of drawing.. For some months, i had to dig really hard to find something ok enough to include. About six of them came from unfinished .sai docs that i had to crop around or erase. I haven’t even posted most of these, because theyre so unfinished or just sketches. A few days ago i made myself doodle out that last little Morgan just to say i drew in December. smh.

Since about June i guess this year has either really sucked or i’ve been busy.. Fall semester started, i had way more friends, i had way more homework, i had way more anxiety problems... Forgive me for not drawing a lot, but what can u expect from a year like 2016 -.-

some things have gotten worse, mostly from lack of practice, but a lot of things have improved greatly, in my opinion. what do you think?
