I’ve sketched ideas for ~15 drawings over the past two weeks.

The likelihood that I’ll draw any of them, let alone most? PRETTY LOW.

But man, the art yearning is strong right now.

I think I’ve finally nailed down a design for Ithadel’s feet that I can draw semi-reliably and am somewhat happy with!

The solution was toe beans 😂

It is proving to be An Endeavor but I will get a better handle on Mirian’s face and I will soon have more than two drawings of her to my name, dangit

In the mean time: have the doodle I’m happiest with so far + a self-indulgent Mirian-ified trace of Edna Mode :P

More work doodles! This is Grimm, a very minor side character in the Spire. He’s allergic to magic; being bound to the Spire nearly killed him.

It’s always interesting drawing “new” Spire characters for the first time. There are dozens of Spire characters that do already have solid concepts, plot events, and a general visual vibe… but who have only ever previously been represented by the childhood toys that inspired them. Drawing them then involves coming up with a more concrete design!
