ArtBeatFest to take place this 2nd and 3rd April
A DIY Expo of credible, mainstream potential. Newer wave fusions of Rock, Electro, Punk, Reggae, Disco, Acoustic, Soul from the pulsing UK underground. Curated by industry experienced ( female) artists, scouts and promoters.
Tipped/Recommended Live Music Expo and Social Weekender starring; Dedwardians, deux furieuses, Blindness, Arrows Down, Feral Five, Spears, Mourning Birds, Enne, Eyelid Movies, Richard Lomax Jean Genie's Massive Hugs, Anita Maj, Bubbles with DJ MarkY (Cro Records/Team Rock).
ArtBeat Events are gatherings of music, poetry, photography, art, film, theatre, media/industry mover shakers (grassroots and otherwise) and loads of musicians; there is an austerity beating £5 advance weekend ticket, with all profits to the artists, so that it is socially inclusive (ask the musicians for their list).
2015's No3Expowas a huge success which created so many new futures that South East London is at it again. 2016's #ArtBeatFest includes music journalist, Chris Henniker, creating a chapter in the 2017 book 'Old Kent Road To The World' about the South London music scene. The “StageStyle” movement picture book story of Uniqulture (50,000+ reads so far) is creating it's next AudioVisual chapter over this weekend also. With so many artists having much to say, the local People's Momentum will have a presence and be looking to talk/connect with talent for Momentum Arts events.
ArtBeatFest invites the next music industry to hang out together in three bars. Promoted by Kitmonsters, Panda-Power, TheZineUK and Playhard,
