首先講者提及到我最想聽既marketing skills,對於我嚟講最印象深刻嘅係nick Chan 所播放嘅廣告, 將芭蕾舞混入喺現實生活之中, 或者係以拳擊, 孖寶賽車啲一啲唔同嘅主題加入芭蕾舞原素嘅方式係對我嚟講比較新穎嘅。
記得佢有提過喺marketing嘅世界裏面有三個p price, promotion, product 佢比較重視嘅係promotion, 相比之下kingsley 就會認為 product更加重要 .
兩位講者係呢一方面就有少少矛盾,咁我就開始諗 究竟係product重要定係promotion比較重要呢?如果以芭蕾舞表演嘅售票作為例子, 首先,我擁有良好嘅銷售手法吸引咗好多人嚟睇芭蕾舞表演, 呢一part我會歸功於promotion, 要增加客流量首先 3p中一定係以promotion為首, 但係反觀, 如果經過完美嘅銷售技巧之後,呈現出嚟嘅舞台結果係強差人意嘅話, 客人就一定會減少, 所以promotion只係可以做到短期嘅效果 而如果要長期去挽留一班客人 需要嘅就正正係服務嘅質素3p中的 product 咁樣嘅方式去分析. 我會覺得其實兩邊都冇錯, 只不過係你睇緊嘅係短期定係長期 呢個talk對我嚟講嘅作用係反思,去思考返講者提出嘅問題,係比起去聽你冇可能複製到既人生, 風光歷史更加重要
