I've always been looking for scraps and small tutorials on how people make cool zine layouts and then now just realized that a majority of the people I ask about it has probably based their zine layouts with how actual magazines work and that should be the one I should go look into😭

Rant below + me mentioning mcyt who would've guessed

I mean, now that I think about it, Julia Cocoabats(one of the people I've always loved with her zine layout designs) has actually confirmed that they have studied how artbooks are structured before going on to make the Scarland Artbook zine(which were then made into physical copies where all the money goes to charity, then the group collaborated with a comic zine(thology) that Julia also helped in layout design to raise extra money before closing that chapter with 100k+ raised for Gamers Outreach, the Hermitcraft community is so cool man)

According to Julia, layout designs are such an unsung part of zines, since they have to not drag attention to the actual pieces while also giving the zine a little bit more whimsy and fun and I think that's so lovely

There's always something about layout designs that I always love to analyze, idk what it is, and I don't think I'd know what until I actually go check out magazine layout designs lol

Not entirely sure if this is a universal experience, but I always feel so happy whenever I would study my favorite artists' art and trying to decipher their secrets of how they do their art, hehe

I originally started just studying them to improve my art, and it did! But it also showed me how fun it actually is watching them ramble about their thought processes in vods or videos, or just putting them as background noise as I draw, or staring at their art for god knows how many hours just being amazed at them

I'm a prep (in case you couldn't tell) and I wear mostly white. I love the wedding boutique and I buy all my clothes from there. For example today I was wearing a white corset with rainbow lace around it and a white transparent veil, a white flower crown and white high heels. I was wearing pink lipstick, white foundation, blue eyeliner and rainbow eye shadow. I was walking Aedes elysiae. It was sunny with no clouds, which I was very happy about. Lycurgus stared at me. I put up my middle finger at him.

So like here around the Cordillera parts of the Philippines, the stock market crashed significantly because it was harvest season and. There were a lot of cabbages.

I mean A LOT

It's so bad there's reports of some farmers selling 1 kilo for 10 PESOS

And it's so bad that there are people who are willingly buying truck-loads of them out of pity and giving them out for free instead

We're one of the people who were given a lot of cabbages. I am getting sick at this vegetable😭

But like I'm also wondering if there are also other parts of the Philippines suffering from a market crash similar to this right now. I've heard a few around the lower parts of Luzon, but what about Visayas? What about Mindanao? How are you guys holding up down there rn?

Government so bad a group of anonymous hackers infiltrated the PNP -SOSIA to criticize the authorities over the expanding online gambling addiction

Which is incredibly more ironic, because this page is PNP. The Philippine National Police. They defaced the SOSIA (A unit under the Philippine National Police responsible for regulating and supervising private security agencies and personnel across the Philippines) to criticize about something that can be solved if the government paid more attention to it.
