I'm on vacation in Dublin at the moment and there I found a pretty cool Bar named "Arthur's".
So while I was eating a delicious Irish Stew, the idea of an AU where Arthur has his own Bar/Pub/Restaurant came to my mind.
What do you think? Having cool staff like Karen or Lenny or imagine Sean ruling the bar and mixing the best drinks in town. Mary-Beth comes regularly to find inspiration. Javier plays legendary guitar gigs every weekend. Dutch and Hosea are the weird parents couple who give tons of unasked advices. Arthur refers fresh ingredients from the Marston Farm at Beecher's Hope...
