With all the talk about artificial foods dyes and especially red-40 that I have seen lately, I can across this very well-done video. I feel like she looks into it really well. Looking at the claims, the science, and what efforts have already been done to try and find natural replacements (along with the many complications).
I just enjoyed it and found it very informative. I thought that some of you other guys may also be interested and so here I am sharing it for anyone who wants to watch it.
