definitely his stubbornness when it comes to certain things. when he makes his mind up about something he’ll stick to it and sometimes that’s a good thing but most of the time it’s a bad thing.

agate: how my muse calms down

he’ll either play his guitar until he feels like he’s calmed down enough or he’ll lay around and listen to music.

emerald: how my muse tells someone they love them without words

he’ll constantly check to see if they’re okay, like out of nowhere he’ll just randomly ask. or he’ll make sure that they’re comfortable with whatever, if they’re cuddling or something he’ll just ask if what they’re doing is okay. he doesn’t want to put them in an uncomfortable position so he just constantly wants to make sure they're okay.

       they had been having good dreams lately --- and that’s the only reason they let themself fall asleep tonight without setting any type of alarm. for the past couple of days they’d been able to fall asleep and wake up without vicious flashbacks of times in their life they wish they’d just forget. but apparently tonight wasn’t going to continue that happy streak, tonight was going to send emory right back into their old routine of nightmares. it only starts as soft and scared whimpers at first as it slowly gets worse and worse, because it’s not too long before the sot whimpers turn into rapid gasps; and they start tossing and turning in their sleep. their dream turns darker and darker as their worst memories play out behind closed eyelids, and they can’t shake the feeling of being choked, of being hit so many times they forget the phrase ‘fight back’. not a moment or two later is emory’s arm is instinctively thrown infront of their face as the dream pushes them to become awake, and there’s tears falling down em’s face. they’re looking around the room --- trying to figure out where they are, gasps still falling from their mouth, as they try to catch their breath.
