I’m signing up for a secret santa and love my oc so I hunted down my art of her that I never posted so here she is. Chibi is from 2018, and fullbody is from early 2019? I’ll update this when I have her hero costume.. after college is finished for the semester (one week of classes left then exam week /some art classes are making me go to school and com exam/)

Keiko is either currently apart of the business course or a year behind class 1a. She was in an area where villains attacked, where she met Ochako who took the villains out while interning under Ryukyu and thanked her for stopping the villains. Which was where they became friends. (still working on this)Extra quirk information:
She has to collect the dust her wings create in small bottles so she can use the dust at a later date and so it doesn't get everywhere. The dust is just a temporary effect which lasts for about a minute at most at this time and she has to be careful using it up since who knows when she will feel the emotion again.dust created/powder created *more to be added in the future*
sleep - created when she's tired and makes those who come in contact with it sleepy. Since this dust is easily made it is the weakest.
paralysis - created when she's afraid, the effect lasts about a minute, and when she runs low she relies on those around to scare her which is hard since she is expecting it then. Her father is a short man due to his butterfly quirk, he supports her dream and wants her to make the most of her life. Although he is young for a parent, he is running out of time as those with butterfly quirks don't usually last long if both parents have a butterfly quirk.Her mother on the other hand is an ordinary human with a dust quirk, I don't have the specifics but she can create any kind of dust she wants without her emotions affecting the type of dust she has.
